Program Format

HHI MATRIX FITNESS BOOT CAMP offers the best cardio and strength workout on the East Coast in one hour. The program is held on the Beautiful Beach Next to the South Island, Holiday INN, using body weight resistance, free weights and other fitness equipment.
In the first part of the program, Enlistees warm-up, stretch and are led over a course of flat terrain at a jogging pace, with the option of interval running for the advanced. Led by the best personal trainers on Hilton Head Island, Enlistees will get an incredible weight reducing cardio workout, burning 600 to 800 calories as they go.
During the second part of the program, Enlistees will perform a series of weight training exercises using dumbbells and resistance tubing to sculpt and shape that perfect body. In addition, Enlistees will perform classic military push-ups, agility and core exercises as well as a wide variety of abdominal exercises that will quickly lead to rock-hard abs. On the third part of the program, Enlistees will perform interval training, cool-down and stretching.
All of the exercises are easy to learn and Elistees receive expert guidance from a certified personal trainer. In a short period of time you will build the strength, endurance and beautiful body that will give you the confidence to excel in all other aspects of your life.

Boot Camp Merchandise
All Enlistees for 1 week or more will receive an official HHI Matrix Fitness Boot Camp T-shirt. Additional T-shirts will be available at Matrix (S-XL $15, XXL+ $16). Boot Camp Stickers for your vehicle are also available for purchase at $3-$4.

Sign-up Details
- Pre-register with payment.
- Refunds only after first session and will be subject to class fee of $20 and administration fee plus any and all pro-rated fees due to Matrix. Refunds, if requested, will be paid in 2-4 weeks based on method of payment and will be returned in the form of a check from JMJ Fitness Inc.

- Classes are held rain or shine. Wear appropriate clothing.
- All forms, release, health questionares, etc must be completed before first the session.

Program Format
Warm up: 2 min. Jog, Jumping Jacks, Stationary Squats and Stretches. 15 min jog with moderate intervals, knee ups and sideways according to personal level.
An option for the future is to add a third day and create a split workout; into different body parts. While the format stays the same the emphasis is different. For example Monday's emphasis would be on your legs, Wednesday focuses on back and shoulders and Friday for arm exercises.

Stations to choose from:
- Power jumps/stationary squats/half squats
- Pushups/knee pushups/fist push ups
- Walking lunges/stationary lunges/with weights
- Crunches knees up/classic
- Agility Ladder
- Shoulder press (rubber band)
- Side to side work (cones)
- Lateral raises (rubber band/dumbbell)
- Helen Keller's/medicine ball abs/bicycles
- Core board squats (with or w/o weights)
- Oblique work (V seated sides, woodchoppers with medicine)
- Mountain climbers/knee raises
- Jump rope
- Medicine Ball squats/power squats with dumbbells
- Box jumps/high jumps
- Bicep curls (dumbbell/rubber band)
- Triceps extension (dumbbells/rubber band)
- Sprints 30 sec. or Alternate/6X6
